[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic fields capital campaign fundraising services
- Seeking a Campaign Director to develop and implement a capital fundraising campaign for athletic projects. The campaign is to raise funds to offset the estimated 2.5 million costs of a turf field and field upgrades,
- Develop a campaign plan for athletic projects
- Work with the School Committee and leadership to form a campaign committee
- Work with the committee on all aspects of the campaign plan
- Develop a community education plan
- Prepare campaign materials
- Schedule meetings with the community and campaign committee
- Solicit donors including individuals, foundations, corporations and other businesses. A fundraising feasibility study was prepared in 2020.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 9, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
