[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a hosted voice system to replace current VoIP system.
- Call Routing
The solution must be capable of routing inbound, outbound, and internal calls. Currently, a call rings at a phone. After 4-6 rings, an unanswered call forwards to the corresponding voice mailbox. Additional functionality of routing to a shared voice mailbox is preferred.
- Voice Quality
The solution must provide high quality voice with minimal latency.
- Voice Menu
The solution must allow Town staff to design a simple and easy-to-use voice menu.
- Call Pickup
The solution must allow a user to pick up an external call, internal call, or a call on-hold. The solution must allow a user to pick up a call on-hold from any internal extension.
- Mobile Application
The Town prefers to have a mobile application to allow seamless call dialling, voicemail checking, and call transfer from assigned desk phones and applications
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 13, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
