[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide 24/7/365 information technology support services for business operations conducted to the government authority located in Wyoming, RI.
- Comprehensive server, desktop and network support (see attached inventory), including real-time technical assistance, monitoring and remedial and preventative maintenance.
- Set up new users and perform basic support functions including the installation of PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and software.
- Diagnose and correct desktop application problems, configuring laptops, tablets, and desktops (or equivalent) for standard applications identifying and correcting hardware problems, performing windows patches and updates along with other preventative maintenance.
- 24/7/365 monitoring and alerting for all server/network related issues as necessary
- 24/7/365 monitoring and alerting for security/data integrity issues
- Preparing a written monthly summary to the Town Administrator and Town Finance Director outlining IT incidents that were reported and how they were resolved
- Maintain inventory of all IT-related assets
- Preventative maintenance services at intervals necessary to keep Town IT equipment in good working condition
- Monitoring network and Internet connectivity, reliability, and performance.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
