[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Avaya phone system support and maintenance services.
- Support and maintenance of IP Office 500 to include:
o Equipment Hardware and Software
o 8x5 M-F Routine Service Calls
o 24x7 Emergency Service Calls
o 2-Hour Remote Response
o 4-Hour On-Site Response
- Support and maintenance of Avaya 8710 servers, PBX-IP CMM, Audix Voicemail and G700 media gateways to include:
o Equipment Hardware and Software
o 8x5 M-F Routine Service Calls
o 24x7 Emergency Service Calls
o 2-Hour Remote Response
o 4-Hour On-Site Response
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 5, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
