[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide early childhood mental health consultation intervention supports services into the system of supports in order to create high quality early childhood programs and provide early childhood educator competencies to address social emotional learning for infants through preschool to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
1. Hire and supervise qualified early childhood mental health consultants.
2. Develop and implement a process of recruiting, prioritizing, enrolling, and exiting eligible early childhood education programs.
3. Systematically communicate and collaborate with Center for Early Learning Professionals, linking Intervention supports with promotion and prevention services and supports provided through the Center.
4. Deliver child- or family-centered and programmatic intervention activities within early childhood education programs in agency.
5. Regularly convene a management team, which includes representatives from the Center for Early Learning Professionals and, to ensure integration of Intervention Supports within early childhood education system.
6. Develop and carry out a plan to evaluate the effectiveness of the provision of Intervention Supports at the program, teacher, and child level.
7. Provide a framework to assist programs in documenting actions steps and institute a feedback loop toward continuous improvement.
8. Collect and reflect on data, document strategies and establish protocols that align the with current Pre-K and individual program policies.
9. Facilitate meetings with teaching teams, education coordinators and special educators to support teachers' practices with challenging situations in the classroom. Provide a framework to assist programs in documenting actions steps and institute a feedback loop toward continuous improvement.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
