[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based hiring and recruitment platform that will position districts to recruit and hire high-quality educators into schools, so that all students can learn and thrive.
- The platform will also be built with the intent of existing as a single location for applicants interested in working in state.
• Analytics related to the use of the platform, clicks on pages, time spent on site etc.
• Number of applicants, recruits, and hires by district
• Demographics of applicants, recruits, and hires by district
• Mobility of applicants, recruits, and hires by district
• Qualifications of applicants, recruits, and hires by district
• Positions posted by district
• Chronological data by applicants, recruits, and hires by district
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
