[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide o365 backup services.
- Provide O365 cloud to cloud backup services using Datto SaaS protection product to include:
- Backup protection for up to 250 users
- Unlimited amount of cloud storage
- Manage and monitor backup data
- Compliance with HIPAA and soc 2 type ii
- Reporting mechanism to notify town it of backup issues
- Ability to assist the town in backup recovery and restoration.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 15, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
