[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide vaccine warehousing and distribution support services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Will provide school located immunization programs in middle and high schools in Rhode Island, as well as vaccine clinics as needed across the state, and to provide storage, handling, distribution, and logistics services for both vaccine and vaccine supplies.
- Adhere to all vaccine storage, handling, and reporting requirements.
- Have data infrastructure that meets or exceeds state requirements for data security and transfer.
- Be available during standard school hours for day clinics and after school hours for afternoon and evening clinics.
- Report all administered doses of vaccines within 48 hours.
- Store and distribute covid vaccine daily across the state.
- Support longer term covid vaccination distribution efforts with supply chain and logistics thought leadership and partnership.
- Conduct education and outreach activities to parents, students, and school administrators.
- Conduct public presentations on school programs.
- Estimate the amount of vaccine to be utilized by the school programs on an annual basis and place orders for the vaccine through the State ordering system.
- Create and ship school-clinic toolkits to all schools.
- Manage all printing, translations, and distribution of all related materials e.g., brochures, consents, vaccine information statements.
- Implement and maintain systems to accept and bill health plans for vaccine administration fee reimbursement.
- Secure staff to fill the various positions of registration, medical screeners, form/payment collectors, clinic flow controllers, vaccination assistants, and vaccination administrators.
- Manage non-interchangeable COVID-19 vaccine and vaccine supplies (e.g., batch management, bar-coding).
- Maintain temperature logs during the receipt, storage, and redistribution processes.
- Create, sign, and maintain transfer sheets for redistributions across the state.
