[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- In-person and/or virtual problem assessment, treatment planning, insurance clarification, referral, and follow-up for a period of twelve (12) months
- In-person and/or virtual problem resolution sessions for issues not requiring referral to professional services
- No limit to the number of EAP contacts or sessions required to assess, monitor, or adjust treatment plan
- Services to be provided by Master’s-level counselors credentialed (or working toward credentialing) as Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP)
- Supervision must be provided by CEAP-credentialed management person(s)
- Access to EAP services to be made available through a toll-free, manned 800 number that is available 24 hours per day 365 days a year
- In-person crisis response within 24 hours, and other in-person appointments within 48 hours
- Promotional materials for effective introduction and maintenance of program
- In-person training session(s) at each school site
- In-person orientation sessions at appropriate facility and support staff meetings as needed to introduce EAP
- Quarterly reporting of statistical information regarding utilization, service provision, and other information that will allow the Providence Public School Department to evaluate program effectiveness
- EAP-specific professional liability insurance to indemnify the Providence Public School Department
- Dedicated account/case manager specific to management referrals.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
