[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outdoor and public space capital improvements and events initiative services for the tourism, hospitality and events industries to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Placemaking and Events:
Activities that support place-based initiatives and events for businesses in the tourism and hospitality industries, include, among others:
1. Placemaking, attraction development, and event programming to include activities designed to draw visitors to impacted districts and support businesses in the tourism, and hospitality industries, such as:
a. Placemaking initiatives such as public art installations, public or co-shared outdoor space, maintenance and improvements to public outdoor performances and event venues.
b. Catalytic events and COVID-safe programming such as outdoor performances, outdoor food festivals and other special events.
2. Outdoor and public space capital improvements to build, improve, and sustain outdoor public spaces by:
a. Maintaining and improving public parks, plazas, and recreational areas.
b. Updating relevant signage promoting outdoor public spaces in tourist regions.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than March 14, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
