[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide creative agency service for marketing, advertising, promotion, external and internal communications, media relations, government and legislative affairs, public relations, public hearings, special events and partnerships outside the transit community.
- Raise awareness among elected officials, other community leaders, and the general public of the economic, environmental and social value of public transportation
- Develop high-quality customer information materials on services and programs that are timely, accurate and user-friendly, regularly updating them and making them widely available
- Media planning and placement for television, radio, internet, public service announcements, outdoor, posters, brochures/flyers, other promotional materials, multi-cultural avenues and multi-media
- Analysis of media buys for television, radio, etc., as well as the preparing of various ad hoc reports and/or analysis.
- Prepare verification reports that all media placement ran in conformance with the billing submitted
- Conduct and report post buy analyses
- Provide performance analytics in order to manage media buying
- Develop, implement as well as manage efficient account and financial management practices that allow each project to be successfully executed with stated parameters.
- Creative services (such as graphic design/layout of print materials, logo development, illustration, copywriting
- Engage in web-based applications including but not limited to webhosting, social networking sites, e-news releases, and other delivery channels.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 22, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
