[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal legal services to retain legal counsel to handle all legal matters relating to the operation of town government, except the school department and bond counsel services to the government authority located in Barrington, RI.
- Town solicitor for general counsel and coordinator of all assistant town solicitors
- Assistant town solicitor for criminal prosecution for city police department
- Assistant town solicitor for zoning and planning
- Assistant town solicitor for labor
(2) Contract term will be five years.
