[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health emergency response services to scale up a form of culturally competent, trauma-informed, accessible crisis intervention communitywide, either via street outreach (on foot) or in a mobile unit with the additional capacity to provide safe transport for clients to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- transportation and a warm hand-off to medical care, behavioral health, and other appropriate community support providers if the client agrees
- recruit staff that are representative of the communities they serve so that the racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity of the community is reflected
- Crisis response interactions will take place in the settings where behavioral health crisis needs manifest, including in the street, in a shelter, or at a social service provider building
- 24/7 crisis intervention service where individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crisis can receive immediate direct care services including evaluation, medications, and brief counseling for a period of up to 24 hours.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
