[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT infrastructure project design phase services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Wi-Fi Systems to the Wi-Fi___33 6e standards for a high-density deployment.
- Security cameras and video management systems.
- Emergency notification or paging systems.
- VOIP Phone Systems including intercom and emergency phones.
- Latest POE technology and standards all levels/types.
- It is expected this design should use best practices understanding the existing conditions, utilizing whatever in place equipment, cabling etc. to meet the ten to fifteen-year window.
- It is expected that this design incorporates installation concepts that allow for continuous operations of teaching during installations.
- The Architectural Team consisting of all required disciplines to provide all construction administration services.
- The Architectural Team will perform contractor project bid review and review contractor submittal packages and shop drawings.
- The Architectural Team will review the contractor pre-installation submittal packages for conformity to the engineering drawings and code requirements.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on January 10, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 14, 2022.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
