[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide senior citizen survey to the government authority located in Richmond, RI.
- to conduct a senior citizen survey used to determine what services seniors value and what they would like to see the town do to improve senior activities
- Speak to the Director of the Senior Center and other Town officials to learn what services are currently provided, the physical limitations of the facilities, etc
- Determine the content of the survey
- Design of survey instrument
- Meet with staff to approve survey in advance of deployment - Survey Implementation:
- Suggest a method of delivery (mail vs. phone). All postage and/or phone costs to be included.
- Conduct the Survey
- Provide the staff with the raw results
- Analyze Data:
- Compilation of results
- Summarization and recommendations - Presentation:
- Council presentation and recommendations to Town.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
