[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide American rescue fund consulting services to the government authority located in Westerly, RI.
- Review proposed projects and uses of funds to advise Town as to the eligibility of the projects, work, and costs under the American Rescue Plan provisions
- Help with quality assurance documents to conform with Town’s criteria.
- Identify cost exposures and expenditures
- Provide support for navigating agency portals and processes
- Develop processes for sub-recipient risk assessment, monitoring and management, including training of sub-recipients on grant requirements
- Prepare Sub-recipient agreements for grant awards.
- Help finance personnel frame the accounting systems either through internal financial systems or standalone technology products for tracking methods that accommodate the reporting needed
- Provide systems that will support Sub-recipient funding reporting and tracking
- Assist and review processing payment requests and allowable costs as needed
- Streamline reporting process to ensure continued compliance with provide post-award grants administration.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
