Vendor needs to provide police pre-employment medical exams services for our new recruits to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- The winning bidder shall supply the following service/exams:
- Pre-employment physical (PEP)
- 9-panel urine drug screen (DSC)
- Tuberculosis test (PPD)
- Completion of the supplied state examination report
- Blood type testing.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
