[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning software, implementation and support services.
- Custom-built and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solutions, many implemented by individual agencies, to overcome the functional limitations, or lack of, statewide Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and finance solutions.
- Systems that are hosted in the cloud to support the state’s HRIS efforts include: Talent Management and Onboarding; Training and Development; Performance Management.
- Replace its legacy human resource, payroll, and financial systems with a comprehensive ERP solution to increase statewide productivity and enhance decision making for resource allocations.
- Implementation of Payroll functionality: Payroll Administration; Payroll Tax Administration; W-2 reporting; Garnishments; Direct Deposits; Payroll Statutory Reporting; Payroll transfers to other entities (ex: 457, 403 plans); Payroll Performance Reporting and Analytics; Self-service portal for payroll information.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
