[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mortgage statement print services to print and fulfill mortgage statements, annual tax forms, and other mortgage loan-related correspondence for its residential mortgage loan servicing and subservicing portfolios to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Must be able to:
• Provide services to servicing and subservicing portfolios using different branding.
• Produce electronic mortgage billing and IRS Form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statements.
• Supply with .pdf copies of all mailed/generated documents via an SFTP.
• Fulfill one-time mailing orders, as needed and requested by.
• Compare the mailing addresses in our servicing and subservicing portfolios to the records of the USPS National Change of Address database and provide reporting on a quarterly basis.
• Provide guidance on mortgage statement and tax form regulatory requirements, as needed and requested by and
• Generate and send payment notifications via e-mail or text message.
• Approximately 22,000 mortgage billing statements each month.
• Approximately 22,000 1098 forms each year.
• Approximately 150 new customer “Welcome Kits” each month; and
• Approximately 5,000 miscellaneous letters each month.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
