[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supply, installation, and service of two-way radio equipment on an as needed basis for international airport to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Radio Models or Equipment:
1. ICOM mobile two-way radio, model number ICA-220 or equal, with MB-53 vehicle mounting kit, PCTEL antenna # ASPR795 and antenna cable.
2. Kenwood mobile radio NX-3720HGK, VHF, 136-174 MHz, 50 watts with mounting bracket,
power cable, heavy duty microphone, KRK-18HM, KRK-19BM, KCT-71M2 Remote kit, KCT60 external speaker adaptor, KES-5A external speaker, laird antenna # B1443S and antenna cable with connector
3. KES-5A Kenwood External Speaker used with NX-3720HGK radios.
4. Kenwood KMC-65 Mil-spec standard mobile microphone, 8 pin mod plug used with NX3720HGK radio.
5. Programming software and cables required to program/change the frequencies of all radios listed.
6. Kenwood KMC-9C, Control station desktop microphone. Used with NX-3720HGK radio
7. Kenwood KPS-15, DC power supply.
8. Kenwood KMC-45D, Heavy Duty Speaker Microphone with Ear phone Jack for NX-3220K2 radios.
9. Kenwood KSC-25LSK Rapid rate single unit tri-chemistry desktop charger.
10. Kenwood KNB-55LAM,1480 mAh, Li-ion battery.
11. Kenwood TK-2312 LCD Display Radio Package with Lithium Battery

(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
