Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for state fleet management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide state fleet management software capable of handling fleet’s data collection and reporting requirements under state chapter 42, as well as the integration of all additional software packages under one, integrated fleet software program.
- Fleet management program is based on a mainframe platform written in COBOL language.
- Web based with digital cloud storage for 18 months; must have the ability to map users according to state fleet operation’s hierarchy; the software shall offer up to 50 licenses for user access.
- Software must have the ability to inventory vehicle parts; The software must allow the users to track a vehicle repair from the creation of the work order until completion; The software must provide a screen to enter information for purposes of creating and auto generating a work order number; The software must use transaction codes (provided below) for purposes of coding invoices to generate a weekly report to agencies and annually per Rhode Island Legislative reporting requirements; The software will allow users to upload invoices electronically as well as allow users the opportunity to research invoices through an electronic database.
(2) Pre-Bid Zoom meeting will be held on October 5, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 8, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
