[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third-party administrator risk and claims management services and the management of a self-insured retention fund.
- To provide qualified claims personnel to include a designated supervisor, a designated resolution manager, and a designated property resolution manager and staffing needs will be assessed periodically, and adjustment may be made after the parties confer.
- Maintain claim files and records; if the State shall be obligated to store and preserve any physical evidence relevant to any claim or potential claim.
- Coordinate investigations on litigated claims with attorneys retained on the claim and with representatives of State’s insurer, as required.
- Investigate and pursue subrogation claims on behalf of State, where permitted.
- Provide medical management services as where needed.
- To establish a State-specific loss fund account to support claim payments and related expenses while providing monthly account reconciliation services.
- All new claims will be reported directly to vendor with copies being distributed to the state.
- Risk Management Information System Access Provide a risk management information system and standard reports as described in the service instructions, as well as ad hoc information and reports, as requested by the state.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 29, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
