Vendor needs to provide online survey platform that is operationalized and used throughout the organization with a federated use model, requiring permissions management and access at the team and individual level.
- All software must be “off-the-shelf”, meaning that each software component is commercially available and requires no further research or development and is part of an existing product line with a field-proven operational history.
- Software is easy to use and navigate, with no coding experience necessary. Online manuals must accompany the site for easy troubleshooting.
- Provide online or electronic documentation for how to use and administer the tool within five days after the software is installed, configured, fully tested and accepted.
- Administrator dashboard for 6 administrators.
- Customizable survey templates.
- Language translation.
- Drag and drop survey building.
- Add and edit your own logo.
- Graphical analysis of results ready to export to PowerPoint and Word.
- Raw and summative data exports.
- Information validation and error checking.
- Basic and advanced question types.
- Hide irrelevant questions and question skip logic.
- Fully customized and personalized email invitations.
- Multiple users for collaboration and enterprise deployment.
- The platform allows for permissions or access control at the team and individual level, to allow some surveys to be private, and others to be shared with other account or license holders.
