[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide owner program manager services for the design and construction of a new barracks in the southern portion of the state to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI.
- Organize and schedule all project related meetings throughout this phase.
- Coordinate and attend outside agency meetings as required.
- Review cost estimates provide by A/E team. Work with the selected firm to identify value engineering or cost savings and provide recommendations to the state.
- Coordinate with the Contractor to define the project construction boundaries, staging, field office locations, sequence of construction, parking and temporary signage.
- Observe all Work for quality and conformance to the contract documents. inform the state of any work deemed to be inferior quality or work that fails to comply with contract requirements.
- Ensure that training and onboarding sessions with new building occupants is scheduled and carried out.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on August 17, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2021.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
