[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide transcription services
- The written documents must be returned to the department, bureau, or unit submitting the audio file in a timely fashion.
- The written transcription must be returned as a MS word document.
- Dictation may be delivered to the vendor from the Police Department in a variety of means including but not limited through a secured file transmission software, telephone lines, cassette, video, digital or CD files.
- The vendor will provide all necessary software, installation and training at no cost to the Police Department.
- The Vendor agrees not to copy or disseminate to any unauthorized persons any materials received from the Police Department.
- The vendor agrees to return to the Police Department any materials received from the department to be transcribed.
- The vendor will guarantee that all transcriptionists are background checked and will ensure that all transcriptionists sign confidentiality agreements.
- The vendor shall maintain an accuracy rate of at least 98.5%.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
