[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide to eligible child care providers, and project manage operations necessary to the efficient and effective distribution of stabilization grants to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Conduct cost modeling by utilizing DHS provider data, national research and ACF guidance on ARPA Stabilization Fund to revise the methodology and dosage of grant disbursement under ARPA
- Develop a simple and streamlined online application, within a secure application portal, available in English and Spanish.
- Develop a thorough application review process by which the Department will provide final review and sign-off on application approval. The selected vendor will verify applicant data by utilizing comprehensive provider data provided by the Department.
- Develop and manage a payment process (Fiscal Intermediary Services) to deliver and distribute the first round of stipends to providers within 30 business days of receipt of a complete application; the vendor must offer options to receive payment by ACH direct deposit or check
- Develop weekly data reports to be presented to the Department including the following data: 1) number of total unique applications received (as a percentage of the total eligible providers); 2) number of unique applications in draft form; 3) number of applications under each stage of review; 4) number and amount of applications awarded; 5) number of technical assistance requests received; 6) any other relevant inputs requested by the Department; and
- Provide and/or analyze valid and reliable data, at the request of the Department, that will allow the project team to make informed decisions regarding the distribution design and process.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
