[A] Budget: looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide fifty (50) hours phone and email help desk service to support for scenario development bug fixes, and answering questions for NSS software licenses over the course.
- Phone and email help desk service support shall be provided as required Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
- incorporate any software changes implemented within the fifty (50) hours of help desk support into a self-installing NSS software patch and provide it to via secure website, Compact Disk
- onsite support will consist of three consecutive workweek days (8 hours each day for a total of 24 hours).
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
