[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a curb-to-gate solution with an integrated approach to replace, install, maintain, and administer common use terminal equipment, common/shared use passenger processing systems, and all Information Display Systems to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
• Project management and coordination
• System design
• System fabrication/development, delivery, installation, configuration, interface, testing, and integration including all supporting infrastructure
• Implementation schedule
• Component and submittal documents
• Phased installation plans
• Testing plans
• As built drawings and documentation
• All required coordination with airlines, the RIAC Authorized representative and/or designee, other system vendors, and project representatives for system testing.
• All end user training
• System warranty, warranty management
• Maintenance and support
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
