[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll services for senior community service employment program to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- General Payroll processing and pay check disbursements
- Entering new hires into payroll system
- Making necessary changes to payment and tax status
- Calculating and recording payroll deductions
- Providing workers compensation insurance policy services and pay-outs
- Processing terminations
- Calculating and preparing general ledger entries
- Preparing and filing state and federal tax reports
- Maintaining related documents
- Facilitating the direct deposit of funds
- Managing worker’s compensation payment and reports
- The Vendor must have sufficient liability insurance coverage and be bonded.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
