[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing system and asset management system that want the winning system to have the availability to natively offer a facilities management feature that is also tied into the asset management feature.
- Cloud hosted platform in compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and any other federal and state laws governing student data.
- Have the ability to assign assets to users, rooms, buildings, and locations and have the ticket system allow the user to select what asset they are entering a ticket about.
- Single sign on feature allowing for Active Directory, Clever, Classlink, Google, or OAuth services.
- API integration with Student Information Systems: Skyward, Powerschool, and Aspen to populate user information like location, grade level, and other demographics information.
- Offers native mobile device application for Apple or Android that can both access the ticketing and the asset management software.
- Can use the native mobile application to scan in or out assets in the asset management inventory.
- Supports workflows that allow users to assist themselves before needing to enter a ticket through a knowledge base, link libraries, videos tutorials, and other media.
- Offers built-in remote support software to aid technicians in supporting end users.
- Offers built-in scheduling and chat features to aid technicians in support end users.
- Supports entering some preset events that happen and reoccur weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, similar to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Asset history tracking that allows technicians to see all actions ever taken on an asset.
- Allows for the inventory of spare hardware parts like cables, adapters, mouse, keyboards, and other peripherals and accessories to be recorded with the ability to see total year to date of items in use, inventory levels, and overall monies used.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 3, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
