(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services for on an as needed basis,
- Legal services are divided into nine (9) distinct areas of representation:
- Litigation, Appellate Practice, Commercial, Taxation, Public Finance and Real Estate,
- Environmental, Labor and Employment, Aviation/Airport Specialty Counsel,
- Internal and External Investigations,
- General Matters and Corporate Governance and Construction and Design, etc. to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2021.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
