[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor services to include employee education regarding investments, enrollment, the development of education materials and retirement planning; frequency and method of fee disclosure and analysis; preparation of real weighted rate of return by asset class for the defined benefit plan fiscal year financial statements; proposed fiduciary responsibility of your firm with respect to the plans to the government authority located in Rhode Island.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
