[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide data collection, evaluation and research services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- A range of services in support of research, data collection and evaluation and will be responsible for providing work within the following categories of services:
1. Data Collection
2. Program or System Evaluation
3. Development of Evaluation Related Communications
4. Technical Consultation and Other Research Functions
- Data Collection. Appropriate vendors will have the capacity to conduct anarray of qualitative and quantitative data collection activities
- Design and Conduct Program or System Evaluation. Appropriate vendors will have the capacity to conduct an array of evaluation activities in support of program evaluation or system evaluation
- Development of Evaluation Related Communications Processes and Tools to assist with the performance assessment of the project
- Agency may seek to explore other research options to address emerging needs in particular communities or regions of the state or nationally.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
