[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based sports team management service to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- Providing the university athletics, a “one stop shop” to include all communication, scheduling, travel planning, file sharing, form distribution and collection and video sharing; ability to send mass email, text (via long code) including the ability to schedule messages for delivery at future dates; ability to provide granular access to all support and coaching staff of up to 600 individuals; ability to audit individual user usage and track delivery of text messages and voice communications, and track open/read status of emails; ability to securely house and share documents, scouting reports, play books, forms and other team-related information; centralized location for student athlete data.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 27, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
