[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide online tax sale auction services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Partner with the city to obtain digital records of tax delinquency for use in set up and execution of online tax sale.
- List all property included in client’s tax sale on secure internet auction platform for public viewing and bidding.
- Provide for online and call center support prior to, during and following online tax sale for bidders and interest and concerned parties.
- Maintain records relating to the execution and results of the online tax sale including but not limited to:
- Bids placed and times of placement
- Payments made, returned or failed
- General bidder participation
- Facilitate and process payments on all properties sold in online tax sale followed by remittance of funds to the city once all payments are fully processed.
- Annotation of taxpayers accounts in the notes section of the govern database when required in the case of adverse taxpayer interaction, establishment of a payment plan, death and bankruptcy and as otherwise required.
