[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide state vision education and services program to ensure students with low vision or who are blind receive a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment, to ensure eligible students receive the vision instruction and support in order to access and progress in the general education curriculum and access all opportunities as their sighted peers, to ensure that providers of vision services including assessment, instruction, consultation and orientation and mobility services utilize nationally recognized curriculum, methods and interventions for teaching students with low vision or blindness and provide appropriately state certified teachers of the visually impaired and appropriately credentialed orientation and mobility specialist to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Demonstrate the capacity to document direct service hours, non-direct service hours and other cost in providing services for eligible students and report the results quarterly in an agreed upon format to RIDE.
- Demonstrate the capacity to provide student evaluation, provide and interpret vision assessments, identification of measurable goals and objectives, direct vision instruction including braille instruction and consultation to students, schools and families utilizing nationally recognized curriculum and instruction for teaching students with visual impairment or blindness and direct orientation and mobility services.
- Documentation of direct service hours, non-direct service hours and other cost in providing services for eligible students and report the results quarterly in an agreed upon format to RIDE.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
