[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity, equity, access and inclusion consultant services to be a key strategic partner in its goal to enact DEAI objectives across all facets of the organization to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Conduct a series of internal workshops and trainings for staff and Council members to advance equity, diversity and inclusion in Council programs and practices,
- . Conduct an assessment, using an anonymous staff survey, of culture, operations and programs to determine internal competencies and deficiencies within a DEIA framework,
- Research & Discovery:
- Synthesize and share data, best practices and policies relative to strategic plan DEIA goals.
- Meet with leadership to report on staff survey
- Facilitate Staff trainings to identify DEIA gaps and to unlearn behaviors of systematic exclusion, with an emphasis on identifying things that can be immediately put into action,
- Policy review:
- Make recommendations, with a DEIA lens, for updates or the creation of new operations and program policies and procedures,
- DEIA Plan:
- Work with the staff and council to create a comprehensive internal DEIA plan focusing on internal culture, practices, and policies. Develop a DEIA plan which should include an action plan,
implementation strategies, and measurables.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 31, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
