[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outsourced information technology infrastructure support services including server management, onsite or virtual helpdesk and onsite support to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
- improve IT effectiveness, enhance its quality of service, minimize its support cost, ensure the highest levels of system security and redundancy and maximize return on investment in IT support
- nature of the service will be ongoing support and coordination of the Town of Warren's IT system to ensure proper functioning, general maintenance and troubleshooting
- to assist with ongoing and future IT projects, including cloud migration and maintenance as appropriate
- 24/7 access to support status, with the ability for the client to generate support requests.
- Network Management responsibility including maintenance of network operating system, anti-virus protection, firewall protection, remote access, software updates including service packs and patches, and license administration
- Monitor backup data on the system on a daily basis, locally and offsite to protect against the loss of data and program files
- ability or resources for the installation of computer servers, desktops, mobile computers
- Perform regularly scheduled site visits in order to maintain the network and monitor its performance
- Respond to any computer problems, whether software or hardware related, and troubleshoot problems in order to restore normal computer and network operability.
(2) A site visit will be held on March 30, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 1, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
