[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digitization services of paper student files, microfilm, and microfiche in PDF file format.
- AN approximately work volume will be:
26 four drawer, vertical filing cabinets with approximately 800 student folders per Cabinet; 150 boxes of inactive (graduates and withdrawals) student records, with each box containing approximately 35 student folders; Approximately 10 boxes on inactive (graduates and withdrawals) student records, each box contains approximately 210 student records; Approximately 800 boxes of 20,000 active and inactive special education records.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 19, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
