Government Authority located in Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for applicant recruiting and hiring HRIS system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide applicant recruiting and hiring HRIS system to develop and implement a turnaround plan for the city’s education system. The system should allow position openings to be posted through requisitions for applicants to access electronically. Job candidates input information that will then be transferred into a searchable database. The on-line application should be easy to use and intuitive for applicants. The system should allow for the application itself to be edited by Human Resources so that questions can be added and drop-down options can be customized in a timely fashion. It should include implementation, testing, hands on training, helpful directions menus and system support options for both the applicant and hiring manager users. All users, including applicants and hiring managers. Ability for applicant to create a unique account and system capabilities for the user to reset their password. Ability for applicants to apply to multiple positions at once and the ability to withdraw application. There will be capability for automated responses and email notifications/messages, ability to search applicants, and a filtering capability.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 19, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
