Government Authority located in Providence, Rhode Island; USA based organization looking for drug screening hair fiber analysis services for pre-service candidates.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide drug screening hair fiber analysis services for pre-service candidates to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- All positive tests are confirmed by a federal certified laboratory by means of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry or documentation provided that their confirmatory procedures are at least as scientifically accurate,
- The laboratory must be certified under the terms of the clinical laboratory’s improvement act and under the college of american pathologists’ program,
- The laboratory must certify that they maintain a level of 100% in avoiding false positive results in proficiency testing,
- The ability to maintain chain of custody,
- The ability to provide archival results on blind field studies,
- The initial screening test must be completed within 48 hours of receipt. The negative sample results from the screen must be reported within 24 hours of completion of the initial screening test.
(2) A contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
