[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide qualified planning consultants and individuals to draft a parks, recreation and open space master plan to the government authority located in Portsmouth, RI.
- The Consultant will complete a review of plans and documents that are relevant to the
development of the Master Plan. This review includes, but is not limited to the following:
• The Portsmouth Comprehensive Community Plan (draft in progress)
• Facilities Condition Assessment - 2019
• Portsmouth Parks & Recreation Needs Assessment – November 2019
• Business and Economic Development plans
• Emergency Management plans
- The Consultant, building from the Facilities Condition Assessment, will collect data and develop a comprehensive inventory of the Town’s existing recreational areas, facilities, and open space properties that will include the following:
• Properties identified in Appendix A
• Additional outdoor properties and open space not included in the Facilities Assessment
• Locations (address) and acreage
• Inventory of infrastructure and amenities
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
