[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide closed-circuit television camera for sewer and stormwater inspections to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Crawler:
- Fits in pipes with a 6” diameter and larger.
- Comes with additional wheelsets, including but not limited to small, medium, and large solid rubber, pneumatic, and steel grit wheels. Includes spacers and other required adapters to fit all pipe sizes within the City.
- Includes a lowering claw and rigging to help guide down manholes and into pipes,
- Camera:
- Has forward view pan, tilt, LED lighting, and a minimum of 3x digital zoom and 10x optical zoom capabilities.
- Produces high-resolution pictures and videos in color.
- May be used on a crawler or push rod,
- Controller/Computer:
- Includes a full keyboard layout with additional buttons dedicated for shortcuts to commonly used functions.
- Includes a joystick AND other apparatus capable of controlling the crawler, camera, and drum, such as a gaming controller or pendant controller.
- Includes a high-resolution screen, minimum of 12”, with glare protection.
- Integrated Windows 10 software to allow for email and internet access,
- Incudes the internal storage of at least 128Gb.
- Capable of supporting USB flash storage.
- Furnished with all required software and licenses,
- Cable and Drum:
- Powered drum with a minimum of 600 linear feet of high-strength retractable cable.
- Comes with its own power source capable of running all day on a full charge.
- Compatible with the crawler and controller,
- Mobile Rack:
- Capable of storing and transporting all the accessories needed for pipe CCTV inspections, including the crawler, wheelsets, lowering claw, maintenance toolset, camera, controller, powered drum, and locator.
- Comes with large wheels for moving over uneven surfaces,
- Locator:
- Compatible with the transmitter in the crawler to pinpoint its location, including while it’s in use.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
