[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide independent pension advisor services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.
- Development and recommendation of an investment policy statement;
- Analysis and recommendations of existing asset allocations;
- On-going investment monitoring;
- Preparing semi-annual or quarterly (will need to quote on both scenario’s) reports regarding the items above, and presenting such reports on a semi-annual basis to agency’s CEO, joint pension board, and agency’s board of directors regarding the items above;
- Assist agency in preparing requests for proposals for investment management firms to manage plan assets, and assist agency in evaluating responses to those requests for proposals.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2021.
