[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide passenger assistance and security services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.
1. Electric Cart Operation
2. Passenger Assistance Services
3. Airport Security Officer (ASO) Services
Passenger Assistance Services
The selected firm shall have the ability to provide up to four (4) employees to assist passengers in the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) area of the airport during inbound
international flights. The employees will provide line queue management, assistance with
use of Automated Passport Control (APC) and Global Entry kiosks and general directions
within the facility. The selected firm will have the ability to provide employees to assist passengers, guests,
or other users of the airport in various areas of the airport as directed by RIAC. These
areas include but are not limited to: airline ticketing and check-in areas, arrival and
departure lobbies, concourse and gate areas, baggage claim areas, and along public
roadways where passengers interact with ground transportation and related service
providers. Employees must present a neat and clean appearance and behave in a courteous manner. The employee must wear uniforms clearly noting the company name. Airport Security Officer (ASO) Services
The chosen firm must have previous ASO services experience and will be required to
provide interior and exterior unarmed, uniformed, ASO services for the following:
- Security ID Badge inspections;
- Protection of the Sterile Area Exit lane;
- Inspection of vehicles entering restricted areas;
- Traffic and pedestrian control; and
- Any other occasions where additional security may be required on an “as needed”
basis, as requested by RIAC

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
