[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage concessions services to the government authority located in Newport, RI.
- the food concession Snack Bar pavilion and Boardwalk food/drink carts/food service vehicles at Beach,
- Snack Bar Pavilion:
- The Snack Bar Pavilion is located on the decked second floor, facing the Ocean.
It is an elegant but functional symmetrical eight-sided space of 1480 sq. ft. of gross
interior floor area for patrons and operations, approx. 450 sq. ft. for office and storage
and approx. 260 sq. ft. of decked patio area directly adjacent to the snack bar
- Boardwalk Food/Beverage Cart/Food Service Vehicle:
- scored and colored concrete surface, approx. 40 feet in width, which runs along the entire length of the Rotunda and Bath House complexes, Vendors may operate up to a total of three (3) mobile food/beverage carts.
(2) A Mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on November 4, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
