[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide passenger assistance and security guard services including staffing to operate an electric cart transporting passenger, passenger assistance, including but not limited to baggage handling and escorting services, and security guard services at multiple locations to the government authority located in Warwick, RI.
- Security ID Badge inspections;
- Protection of the Sterile Area Exit lane;
- Inspection of vehicles entering restricted areas;
- Traffic and pedestrian control; and
- Any other occasions where additional security may be required on an “as needed” basis
(2) Pre-proposal Meeting/Site Tour will be held on October 23, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2020.
(4) Contract term will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
