[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide update and revise its existing website and assist in developing a communications plan in conjunction with the website using content management system.
- Create a new, consumer-grade, modern, and user-friendly website; ensure the website is mobile-friendly and functions properly on all commonly used internet browsers.
- Organize website content by task/what employees and employers want to do (e.g., I want to retire early, I plan to move to a different state, how do I process a contribution).
- Brief (1- to 3-minute) videos about various topics related to retirement and the System’s retirement benefit.
- Assist in development of and provide content on communication material and ongoing strategy for items such as personalized retirement benefit statements, new hire webinars, health care plan changes for retirees, Medicare coverage, information for people who could have moved out of state in retirement, AARP information, retirement planning tips, survivor benefits, working during retirement); stages of retirement planning (i.e., what to do in your 20s, 30s, 40s, etc.), federal updates on retirement tax changes, retirement security etc.
- Assist in development of and provide content on communication material and ongoing strategy for employer communications such as newsletters, policy updates and general law changes etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
