[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development administration grant funding services for economic development plans to the government authority located in Pawtucket, RI.
- capacity building initiative to act as a catalyst for future private investment and job creation
- project are intended to channel resources into programs, policies and development projects to create jobs and attract significant private investment.
- consultant will survey current economic conditions in both communities, gathering input from stakeholders
- consider such factors as population, household income, wealth and credit levels, the impact of poverty, education levels, property values and trends in property ownership, skills gaps, joblessness, underemployment, and race, among others for up to the past ten years.
- Existing data and data infrastructure.
(2) A pre-bid or video conference will be held on October 13, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
