(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker and agent services to sell commercial real property to the government authority located in Westerly, RI.
- Develop and carry out an agreed upon public marketing strategy to solicit interested buyers / lessees
- Performing Market analysis
- Market the property in a manner consistent with local zoning ordinances
- Coordinate site visits with developers and potential buyers / lessees as needed, keeping the Town appraised of all planned site visits. - Coordinating real estate appraisals
- Receive and evaluate bids / offers received from all buyers / lessees.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
